Step 1 – Send photos
Call +971 52 571 3525 or WhatsApp photos of the furniture you want to donate, plus your community in Dubai and the floor. Photos let us confirm what we can take and plan the right crew.
Step 2 – Confirm the pickup
We agree a date and time with you. Same-day collection is often possible for requests confirmed before 2 PM. If anything is damaged or broken, we tell you the transport charge at this point – reusable furniture is free.
Step 3 – We collect
Our crew arrives, dismantles where needed, carries everything out and loads it. You don't need to move anything to the ground floor.
After collection
Usable furniture is passed on for reuse to families, households and people in need. Learn more about donating furniture to people in need.
